a generic gene finder using multiple homologous sequences

EuGene'Hom is a gene prediction software for eukaryotic organisms based on comparative analysis. It is currently tuned for plant genomes (and more specifically angiosperms).
To use EuGene'Hom, paste/upload the sequence to analyze in the first table below, then paste/upload multiple genomic or cDNA homologous sequences from more or less closely related organisms in the second table. The global size of the genomic sequence to be annotated and the DNA sequences in multi-fasta format are limited to 400 kb.
